At Ardessa, we are committed to ensuring your luxury stone pieces arrive in pristine condition. Given the unique weight and fragile nature of materials like Calacatta Viola and Elba Livio, we utilize a network of specialized couriers and freight partners to provide secure delivery across Australia.
1. Shipping Locations
We ship Australia-wide.

Metro Areas: Standard delivery to all major capital cities (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Hobart, and Darwin).

Regional & Remote: We deliver to most regional areas; however, some remote locations may require a custom shipping quote or delivery to the nearest freight depot.
2. Processing & Dispatch

In-Stock Items: Orders are typically processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 2–4 business days.

Custom/Made-to-Order: For bespoke pieces or items currently in production, please refer to the specific lead times listed on the product page.

Notification: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our facility.
3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, estimated transit times are:

Gold Coast & Brisbane: 3-5 business days.

East Coast Metro (Sydney, Melbourne): 3–5 business days.

Other Metro Areas (Perth, Adelaide, Hobart): 5–10 business days.

Regional Australia: 7–14 business days.
Note: Deliveries may be subject to delays during peak periods or due to unforeseen weather events impacting freight routes.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your postcode.

Heavy Items: For items exceeding 50kg, shipping rates reflect the specialized handling and equipment (such as tail lift trucks) required for safe residential delivery.

Custom Quotes: If our system cannot calculate a rate for your specific location, please select "Request a Shipping Quote" at checkout, and our concierge team will provide the most competitive rate within 24 hours.
5. Important Delivery Conditions

Signature Required: To ensure the security of your high-value purchase, all Ardessa deliveries require a signature. We do not offer "Authority to Leave" (ATL) due to the risk of theft or damage.

Access Checks: For large furniture items, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the item can fit through doorways, lifts, or hallways.

No PO Boxes: Due to the size and weight of our collections, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
6. Damage in Transit & Inspection
Natural stone is inherently heavy but can be brittle if mishandled.

Immediate Inspection: You must inspect your delivery upon arrival.

48-Hour Reporting: If you notice any damage to the product or the packaging, you must notify us within 48 hours at info@ardessa.com.au with photos of the damage.

Insurance: All Ardessa shipments are fully insured. Reporting damage within the 48-hour window allows us to process an insurance claim and arrange your replacement promptly.
